Please read the rules and regulations below carefully before filling up the form.

Avoid spelling mistake while filling up the form. Make sure that any details like name, father's name, mother's name, Date of birth, HSLCE/equivalent exam roll and HSLCE/equivalent exam year,  exactly as per the details in your class -X admit cards/marksheets to avoid any inconveniences in future. The details given by you will be treated as final information and will be used for registration to the Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur if you are selected for admission to class-XI which will be strictly base on admission test.  Once you have completed filling up the details and submitted, you can download and print the form from our school website or from your email and re-check the details you had filled. If you find any error in the information after you had downloaded the form please intimate our school authority immediately. Changes of any informations will not be entertained once your admission process is completed.
